Class Cards
Class Cards have a limited validity, which will be noted on the card you purchase. The Class Card is registered in the name of ONE individual only (the purchaser). The card may be shared with one accompanying guest per class. Class Cards are non-refundable, non-extendable, and non-transferable. You cannot transfer your card to another person after leaving Bali.
Latecomer Policy
We start our classes and events on time. Please arrive early, sign-in at the front desk, and set up your mat or Aerial yoga hammock before class begins. For special events and sound healing, doors close 15 minutes after start. Latecomers will not be accepted. Tickets are non-refundable if you arrive late or leave early.
Refund Policy
Event tickets cannot be refunded or modified after purchase. Regular yoga classes can be rescheduled until 24 hours before class starts.
Discounts
Special discounts for Indonesian citizens are available for single class tickets and event tickets. Please present your valid KTP card when signing in at the Front Desk.
Liability
Aadrikayoga and its teachers are not responsible for injuries during classes or events. Please inform your teacher about any injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions. Udara has CCTV surveillance, but is not responsible for the safety of your belongings. Take care of your personal items such as bags, shoes, and phones.
Photography and Videography Consent
By attending Aadrikayoga classes or events, you consent that Aadrikayoga staff may take photos or videos for documentation and promotion. These may be used online or in print materials.
Children & Pets Policy
- Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in Yoga classes. Aadrikayoga is an adults-only resort.
- Dogs and other pets are not allowed on the premises.
